Allow exporting of ID2 that is unmasked

We have repurposed ID2 to house student IDs. Currently, when you export via Query in web view, it masks the SID. Please that ID2 can be exported unmasked in either Query AND Export (when it is built in web view) as we cannot complete our work without exporting this data.

    Admins should be able to manage all imports, exports and manipulation of data regardless of sensitivity. That is the whole point of have a restricted group of admins ensuring data is of highest quality.
