Stop Auto-Complete/Incremental Search
When searching for funds or campaigns or appeals in NXT, we have to type one character at a time slowing us down to a snail's pace. I believe this is because of something called auto-complete/incremental search to get results in real-time. What is odd is that not all search bars in NXT do this. Funds, campaigns, and appeals are the 3 areas I recall this happening, there may be more. Our org has 400+ funds, so while typing at normal speed to search, we end up making mistakes, and end up getting 0 results because the system tries to pull results before we are done typing, having to backspace and retype one character at a time, waiting for results to load. While in other areas, like gift and constituent lists, I can search by typing fully what I need and hitting enter to get results with no problem.
Please let us finish typing and manually hit enter or search before populating the results on all search bars across the site!

This is maddening and actively makes my work less efficient. Please adjust how this works. I would rather hit enter to tell the search that I'm done typing than having to click one letter wait for the system to search all funds with that letter, then type my second character and wait for the system to search all funds, etc. We have over 400 funds and their Fund IDs are anywhere from 4 to 8 characters long. Please please please change this so that I don't get stuck wait for a full search to be completed between each individual character.
Honestly, please just convert all search bars in webview to a click to search format so that WE are in control of telling RE when we're ready to search. This would solve so many problems and have the added bonus of making search behavior uniform across the UX.
I lose significant time in my workday because of this.

Yes, this is very user-unfriendly. Please fix.
This happens with tables as well - when searching for either a table or values within the table. This takes up so much unnecessary time and effort. A person types the information in fairly fast and the search bar is not able to keep up with the typing resulting in incorrect search results.
