Allow unlimited splitting of gifts ("Support another designation") in RE NXT donation forms

Blackbaud talks about unlimited splitting of gifts in RE NXT donation forms, but we've found the limit is ten times. Sometimes people split their gift beyond ten times. It would be nice to avoid having to do two transactions in these cases.

    If unlimited can't work, having up to 20 would likely suffice. We have a LOT of funds and a few donors who like to split their gifts a lot of ways.
