What happened?: We are working on Gift Adjustments in Raiser’s Edge and noticed that the checkbox “Post to the GL Date” is not selected by default. We would like to know if this option can be automatically checked every time an adjustment is created, or if it can be hard-coded to always remain selected. This would help ensure consistent posting and reduce manual errors in our workflow. Please advise if this is possible through system settings or if it requires configuration from Blackbaud. What you have tried?: We reviewed the Adjustment screen settings but did not find an option to set “Post to the GL Date” as a default. We also checked available Knowledgebase articles related to gift adjustments and GL posting but did not see any reference to making this checkbox auto-selected. No customizations were found in our current configuration that would affect this behavior
