In database view gift entry there is a notification that appears when a constituent gives for the first time. This is an incredibly helpful feature that would be helpful addition to NXT. I understand that there are tags that are added to a record when they are a new donor. But to have a real time alert would expedite processes within my office. My team has specific letters that we use for new donors and being able to know immediately if this is a constituent's first gift would allow me to apply the proper acknowledgement type as I enter the gift.
