I currently have to use an excel spreadsheet to track all deposits I enter online. My Controller would not know if the deposit I am working on is complete and ready to go since there is not dropdown menu that will allow you to put the deposit in "pending approval" status so the Controller know this is ready for review.

This would save me a lot of manual work.
