Don't mark deceased spouses as widowed when the surviving spouse dies

Currently in webview, RE seems to mark any spouse as widowed when the other spouse dies - but of course, you cannot be made a widow if you are already dead.

    I agree. It would be preferable if it checked if the surviving spouse is already dead and either prompt or not updated
