Don't mark deceased spouses as widowed when the surviving spouse dies

Currently in webview, RE seems to mark any spouse as widowed when the other spouse dies - but of course, you cannot be made a widow if you are already dead.

    This is helpful to change the marital status automatically (if the second spouse is still alive) but the system should know if the first spouse is already deceased and if the date of death of the second spouse is after the first spouse, it shouldn't change the marital status automatically.

    I agree. It would be preferable if it checked if the surviving spouse is already dead and either prompt or not updated
