We need a way to add solicit codes to non-constituents. Sometimes you need a record of those who contact you to be removed from mail, email or phone lists. These could include non-constituent relationships for participants, spouses, or in our case patients who do not have full constituent records but could be queried for mailings and other outreach. We can add solicit codes to list management but there is no tile in NXT to see non-constituent preferences.
