Allow Gift Aid claims on donors with initial only as per HMRC

Since the migration of Gift Aid to NXT web view we are no longer able to claim on donors who we have only an initial for, as opposed to a full first name. HMRC rules state that donor initial is sufficient and this was fine in database view two months ago.

    I'm hoping this will be rectified quickly as it means charities could lose out on significant income due to a change we weren't notified of by Blackbaud.
