Individuals who RSVP for events should be able to edit their RSVP at later dates without filling out the form again.

Some individuals want to go back and add someone to their RSVP as a guest of their own. They currently just register a new person, many times using their same email, thus creating bad data as we now have a new constituent with the same email as someone else. If you have the opportunity to edit your own RSVP after you submit it, people can add or take off people from their RSVP without causing data problems.
