As of right now Admin users in web view ARE able to export a query into CSV or XLSX format for excel, but the average user cannot export to XLSX (an error message is given that it cannot be done). Everyone should be able to export to XLS. Please fix this issue in web view, better yet either also include XLS as well as XLSX or just keep XLS format along with the CSV option.
