Editable text on Giving Form (Donor Covers Fee Screen)

The default text implies that the fees on a gift reduces the overall gift amount (which may be true for some orgs) but not all - allowing editable text (or a few options) such as "Would you cover the processing fees to help offset the cost of online gifts? would be great.
