Currently if you search a constituent name that has an accent on the first letter of the name (Éric, Émilie) the file will not show up in the search results if you don't enter the text with the accent. So if I search "Eric" then "Éric" won't show up in the search results. This isn't the case if the accent is in the middle of the name. It's very handy in NXT to be able to search names without having to try the name with and without the accents. Also, since you can't use wildcards in NXT you can't even search "*ric". But it doesn't work if the accent is on the first letter.
