KB37435 states that LO customers must merge constituents in database view, while KB107531 states that RE NXT specific data will be lost when merged in database view (attachments, prospect and opportunity data). Please provide a solution that allows your Luminate Online customers to merge records successfully without losing any data. We are very surprised we even need to ask for this so late in the game.
