Please allow users to choose whether or not to use the sidebar as an option. I work on a single (small) laptop screen and need to have my screen oriented a certain way, when links only open in a sidebar it can really slow down productivity. I would prefer links to open in a new page or a new tab, then I can control the order the information is presented, the information on my screen and where it is, and it will make workflow much easier.
