We also have issues with the formatting of the tax receipt generated in RE NXT and donors are complaining. We have tried all of the "fixes" and NONE of them work. This is unprofessional and needs to be addressed urgently!

Seconding Martina's request for further edits to the new Canadian Tax receipt. The spacing and formatting needs improvement!

To work around the formatting I tried printing two pages on one and ended up with a receipt 50% of the size. I logged a ticket for help and Support suggested we resize our logo and thank you message. Well we have no thank you other than the default. I tried removing our logo and resizing the ED's signature and it still prints the same size and on two pages regardless of the pixel size.

Simple changes to the layout would allow it to remain compliant and print on one page:

I - Please consider formatting the charity name, address and Reg# so that it is consolidated and uses less space.

II - Please consider removing the space between the donor's name and address.

III- Please remove the space between the signatory's name and title.

These edits would maintain the integrity of the information and save us at least five-six lines.

IV - Since we are only permitted to add a logo, thank you message and signature - please also give us the ability to print a test receipt so we can see what the formatting looks like before using it. Not doing so is like asking programmers to improve a UX without giving them a sandbox.

Lastly - if you make none of the above changes, please allow users the ability to choose "Fit to page" so that the document scales and fits on one page like it has for decades before now.
