When a person sets up a recurring gift and they want a refund - you cannot just refund the amount that they wish to do. You have to go into each individual gift and refund that. So instead of them having a one time refund they may have 5 refunds on their credit card. In Luminate we were able to type in the amount to refund. This is not helpful in NXT.
