Our school uses one RE platform but operates two charities. As a result, we have to submit separate Gift Aid claims depending on the charity we are claiming for. The new GA feature in NXT does not allow multiple Charity Reference Numbers, and so the process tries to claim gift aid on all gifts and does not account for the separate charities. I can change the CRN, but the claim tool would still look at all gifts. As the gift aid claim feature has now closed on database view (RE7), I cannot make our end of year claims.
