Once a donation is received there is a lot of manual administration to be done.

1. Change the donation record to an Organization if it was an organization that donated, this should be done by the system.

2. Designate the gift code (again for Individual and Organization gifts which determines whether a donor should receive a gift receipt for the donation)

3. Designate and automate Letter dependent on form used or designation chosen.

4. Create a validation report in webview rather than having to go into database view

5. Suggest if the donor lives in the same household as someone else in the system - this would be helpful to link couples who don't want to both receive mail, but both want to donate separately.
