Add the import function to web view (NXT)

At our school we use the import function pretty regularly and would love to see it added to the web view. We use it for adding mass solicit codes and ask amounts to constituents.

    This is absolutely essential for us. We need to import appeals and packages to thousands (even tens of thousands) of records, multiple times per month. This functionality exists and performs well in Database View (DBV), and we will need this to be up and running by Sept. 2027 when you plan on disconnecting DBV / Citrix.

    absolutely, constituents/batches - it is essential to our work, as we manually put in our batches, templates are not the answer for us.
