Add the import function to web view (NXT)

At our school we use the import function pretty regularly and would love to see it added to the web view. We use it for adding mass solicit codes and ask amounts to constituents.

    absolutely, constituents/batches - it is essential to our work, as we manually put in our batches, templates are not the answer for us.
