Fix error where state is omitted when online donor becomes constituent

We recently had a fundraising event, and I noticed that all new donors who gave gifts online through the Blackbaud donation form in RE NXT and were made constituents via online data review had their state omitted in the address block on their record. Please fix this error so complete addresses are saved to the donor's record when an online donor becomes constituent.

    Yes, this is a major impediment to efficient processing of online transactions!

    We are having the same issue. We had HUNDREDS of new donors in our gift review queue and when we approve them only their street address is coming through, no city, state or ZIP even though the donor included their full address. I was told that it is a known issue and we should "fix it manually", which is an absurd suggestion for a software to whom we pay tens of thousands of dollars every year.
