Show package revenue in each appeal

When you click into an appeal, I can see the goal for each package but not the revenue. This should be readily available for end users.

Display Cumulative Amount on Package Records Merged

In the current Package view, users can only see fields such as Package ID, description, recipients, goal, dates, category, and status. There is no visibility into the total (cumulative) amount raised for each Package.
