Please can the function of a donor being able to end/hold their RG through the portal be a feature that can be turned off. Happy for donors to be able to update their personal details and payment information, however we would prefer a donor calls/emails us to terminate the RG. That way, we might be able to save them as an RG by downgrading their donation.
