Edit User Name in Web View

Often staff get married and need to change their name, currently there is no option to edit a user's name in the User Management area of Raiser's Edge NXT. This can lead to frustration when attempting to locate a User if they still have their old name listed instead of their current legal name. A simple option of being able to edit User information would be great.

    It's also frustrating if you accidentally create a user with one of their names misspelled. Now it's stuck that way for eternity.

    You might think "Oh, just delete the newly created account and try again." But not so-- at least not if the email address was correct. Which it was. When I tried to create a new user, but with the same email, it just came back with the "deleted" user's name ignoring my changes.

    This is likely because RE NXT doesn't really delete deleted users. Doing so could cause database integrity problems. Instead RE NXT hides those users.
