Wanted so that fundraisers can know when their last touchpoint with a donor was.

Currently, asking for "last action" brings up the last action taken by the organization. For example:

If I wanted to know the date of John's last action with this donor, it would be difficult to find. Asking for "last action" would tell me about Jane's action, because it was the last action with the donor. But John would need to know that it's been almost half a year since his last contact with this donor.

This would be helpful to build dashboards of a fundraiser's last touchpoint with a donor.
