I use this report when reviewing write offs. It would also be nice if there were additional fields that could be added to the report.

In addition to having a report that show who has already lapsed, I need a report that show who has an upcoming payment due in the next week or month so my GOs can reach out proactively.

I use this report all. the. time. This is the report that I run by gift officer so that they can review where their prospects are at in terms of lapsing on pledges. There is nothing else that conveniently gives us the 30, 60, 90, etc... breakdown. Also, the ability to run a report on what will be past due as of a certain date lets me proactively identify any pledges which will need some extra attention when I run my pledge reminders.

I also agree that we need an automated recurring gift past due report as Sunshine has mentioned.

I also see that I apparently commented already on this. But I'm so passionate about it I am commenting twice.

This report is super helpful for donor follow up. Additionally, I used the past due report all the time for recurring gifts until they were automated and the $0.00 gifts for failed credit cards rendered the past due report unusable in those cases. It would be wonderful if an automated recurring gift past due report could also be added.

Need this report in webview, use it ahead of quarterly pledge reporting.

This report is run quarterly by our gift processing team. We need this report in web view.

I run this report monthly for our Individual gift team and our Sponsorship team. I still haven't found a substitute for 30 days past due, 60 days, ect.

This is a report that we use regularly. Maya has written it so perfectly. My organization NEEDS this report to be available with the same output.

I USE THIS REPORT ALL THE TIME! Sorry for shouting, BUT THIS REPORT IS SO HELPFUL. I second everything that Maya stated below.

I STRONGLY second this.

I run this report at or close to the 15th of each month with the General 1 tab set to: Gifts made after 1/1/2005 (we have one very old multi-year pledge that I want to capture) and Past due date as of Today. We use this report to make sure gift officers are following up on past due pledges from their assigned donors.

I don’t know of another way to get the information we use from the Past Due Report. We need to see the following information:

• The Constituent name/details

• The date of the original pledge

• The original pledge amount

• The Fund that the past due amount was for

• We use the Days Past Due area to track HOW overdue the pledge is by using the Report Periods (0-30 days, 31-60 days, 61-90 days, 91-180 days, over 181)

• The amount that is past due.

I know of no other way to see all of those data points in one place. RE is very bad at relating pledge payments to the actual pledge and I don’t know of anywhere else where you can get a list of the past due pledge amount by how long it’s overdue and how much is overdue. This is critical functionality for us that we depend on for good donor stewardship.

We also use this report to generate a static gift query so I can pull out additional contact details for my Gift Officers (including assigned fundraiser) for the constituents who are past due. I do not know of another way to group these gifts in query. Not including this
