Dropdown of table options made available

Where there is a magnifying glass on a data entry point, if you click on the magnifying glass, you should be able to see a dropdown of the table options that sit behind it. For example, a list of funds, campaigns and appeals - although this could be for any table. Currently this is possible in database view by clicking on the binoculars.

At the moment it is expected that when using RE NXT web view the person entering data will memorise every option available to enter the correct one which isn't realistic, especially for newer members of staff.

This is bound to create errors and inconsistencies in the data which could be avoided.

Please could this be added? Thanks!

Yes, please implement this standard feature. This is probably in the top 5 reasons why I can't switch all of my gift entry to NXT gift batches and why I can't recruit help in approving or entering batches--no vacations for me! If I can't remember all the possible fund/appeal/package combinations, I can't expect anybody else who doesn't use it everyday to know and it isn't feasible to try to create a static list of all possible combinations for reference. Right now for odd packages especially, I either have to log into DBV to review the appeal record for which packages are active or leave it blank and hope I remember to update the gift in DBV later, where I can see the dropdown of active options. It is so frustrating and slows down accurate gift entry.

Drop down lists are STANDARD and best practice in software. Please supply drop down lists ASAP.

Of great benefit and ease of data entry. We have many funds with similar names - so helpful to see them in a drop down to ensure accurate selection. Various appeals running concurrently. And for other table entries as well. Tables are use for better and more accurate data. Would be nice to be able to see them.

Yes please! Especially needed when entering gifts. We need to be able to select from a list.
