Bring back Submit a case option

I need to report a web view error but my only option is to chat with the AI bot then request a live agent, which puts me in an infinite queue. This is an unacceptable use of our time. Please bring back the option to submit a case and know that it'll be answered in a few days. I don't mind the wait for a response from a case; I genuinely do not have time to sit around waiting for a person to appear in a chat window.
