gift attribute/custom field in batch entry

We need to have a gift attribute available for batch entry of gifts in web view if/when we are pushed to web view vs database view for batch entry of gifts.

    Attributes are called Custom fields in the web view and we most definitely have that ability in batch today.

    When I spoke with a blackbaud customer support agent in September, they said that there currently wasn't capability to add a gift attribute while doing a batch entry in NXT and that I should submit the "new idea" if that's important to our organization; which it is.
