Fundraiser Performance tile on home page - users should be able to control gift types

The fundraiser performance tile is preset with gift types that do not accurately the way we credit fundraisers. BB uses gift payments. We use pledges and planned gifts. Those are the metrics we set for fundraisers. This tile is presently inaccurate and unusable for our fundraisers.
