Our Development Officers’ fundraising goals are measured on Committed, not Received. This tile does not align with how we award credit, because we credit officers at the time a pledge is made. As a result, even pledge payments are not reflected appropriately in Received totals, and the tile does not show goal progress accurately.

The fundraiser performance tile is preset with gift types that do not accurately reflect the way we credit fundraisers. BB uses pledge payments and excludes pledges and planned gifts. We use pledges and planned gifts. Those are the metrics we set for fundraisers. This tile is presently inaccurate and unusable for our fundraisers.
