I'd like to be able to do more with the workflow tool. Right now, receipting ongoing gifts is a manual process, it would be great to be able to automate it through workflow. Why not give a receipting option through workflow whereby gifts meeting certain criteria would be added to a workflow through which constituents receive a receipt and their gift is marked 'Receipted?'
