Adding the ability to link an event directly to a gift within the gift record would streamline a currently complex and time-consuming process. Right now, users must navigate through multiple layers—Events, Overview, Participants, Fees and Payments—just to associate a gift with an event. Implementing this feature would save time, reduce user frustration, and improve data accuracy by minimizing the risk of errors during manual linking. It would make the system more intuitive and efficient, especially for users managing high volumes of gifts and events.
