Have the option to add organisation name in a shared organisation address

Currently if you add a shared address from an organisation record to an individual record, (e.g. if the individual works at that organisation), only the text from the address fields is copied across. In a lot of cases, the address is meaningless without the organisation name, as it may be a shared address with other organisations. It would be good to have the option of including the organisation name in a shared address - without this, the shared address option for organisation addresses is no use in many cases.
