Add ability to add fundraiser / solicitor to appeal in webview

In database view I can add a fundraiser/solicitor to an appeal but I cannot edit or add that information in web view. It would be great to not have to edit some of those elements in web view rather than having to go back to database view each time.

    We found that we cannot change the fundraiser on a gift or a pledge in Web View. Support explained that changing the fundraiser on a gift is only possible in Database View. We must have the ability to change the fundraiser before moving to Web View. This is a definite migration blocker.
