We use the attributes tab in database view for tracking many things and it is easy to view everything on one screen and add/make updates easily. The custom fields tab in webview is very hard to find codes because instead of being able to see everything on the same screen, we have to sift through pages and pages of information. It takes so long to find stuff if a donor has alot of data in this section (which is common in my organization) when in database view everything is right there when you click on the tab! Can you please add a way that we can see the custom fields the same way we see attributes?
Only being able to view a few custom attributes at once is a nightmare. At the very least we need the ability to sort by date, since alphabetized attributes are useless and that's the only sorting available.
We really need an option to view one to many tiles in a much more condensed form, so we can see more columns and more records with less clicking. Please!
Amen, Amen, Amen. Way to much scrolling and lack of ability to see big picture from the data.
Agreed, but this should apply to most tiles. Scrolling through pages of custom fields, relationships, actions, notes, ratings, appeals is so inefficient.
I agree with those stating we need to be able to see all or most of the attributes on one page. (just as with gifts). Sorting and filtering is essential for efficiency and accuracy.
We can end up with a lot of attributes and also struggle with the fact it isn't sorted by date. The first attribute on everyone's record should be their 'University Number' as it's added when their profile is created but now it is the last on the list and requires clicking through several pages of custom fields to find as it begins with a U
Yes, we use attributes all the time. I'm trying to start using NXT more often, but this section doesn't allow sorting by date which would be extremely helpful. Also, all the fields associated with attributes should be present in the tile and sortable by Category, Description, or Date.
Yes, we use attributes as well and need to be able to see all or most of them on one page without having to click to the next page. Please allow each user to select how many they would like to see per page for those users that need to see more than what is currently shown. Allowing a filter to show only the ones the user is interested in seeing would be helpful too if that is not currently available.
