Currently in the Receipt template designer the "Open Mail designer" pulls in the Transaction Detail (merge field). If the donor said "yes" to billing information the same as donor it still displays the address AGAIN on the receipt. If information is not present like "sortcode" or "Street 2" it should not display on the donor receipt.
