This is an essential tool for every aspect of our gift processing! I currently use two queries in database view to simultaneously show what gifts have been created today (our first step) and what gifts still need to be acknowledged (our last step). By having these two queries at a glance, I'm able to quickly see which step every gift is in and have instant access to the record for further details. Additionally, since we have these specific queries set to show results in descending order of when the gift was created, I have an at a glance view of which gifts are the oldest. This makes following up about older gifts a breeze.

The quick snapshot of information is an excellent reference that I even use while processing gifts! Since I don't need every detail of information to process a gift in our accounting system, the quick reference is great so that I can quickly see the information I do need (ex: fund ID, donor name, gift amount, constituent ID, and donor's city and state).

These dynamic query results are especially key to ensuring that nothing is forgotten or missed as I am able to have a constant reminder that a gift has not been completed/acknowledged. This acts as an excellent organization and accountability tool so that I can do my part to help lessen the amount of back-end data clean-up.

I'm certain I would not be able to achieve the same level of speed, consistency, and accuracy without this feature. I hope not only that this feature is added to RENXT, but that other users are able to utilize this feature to the same fullness I have.
