Our organization opens the constituent record every time we enter a gift as a way to make any updates and to check the record. It's one of our many processes for data cleaning. Right now, when I am in the batch in NXT, I cannot click the constituent's name and open their record. To do this, I need to exit the batch, or I need to open a separate instance of NXT and pull up the constituent myself. This should be automatic - BB should not put the onus on users to open everything separately. I would like NXT to emulate DB view and have the ability to open the constituent record by automatically popping it up in a new window. I don't lose my batch info, but can reference the record and clean it up if needed.
