In Online Express, you have the option to pull in 3 Addressee and 3 Salutation options. You are also able to connect each of these Addressee or Salutations fields and connect them to any of the Addressee/ Salutation options you have in a constituent record. This needs to happen with NXT email marketing, having Addressee information limited to First Name, or Preferred Name (Nickname in database view) does not capture that we have donors who share records. We use Primary Addressee information, and we also have specific Salutations depending on who the communication is coming from. We need to be able to keep this capability as we have in OLX in NXT.
