Improve search capacity
It would be incredibly helpful if the search capacity was improved. I often find that i will search for a constituent based on name, and if i dont have their name perfect to what is written in the system, the search will be unable to find the const I am looking for.
i.e. I will search for John Smith but if he is John M. Smith, often time he wont be pulled up.
Improving this would be very helpful, especially in cases with more complicated spellings, that have the capacity for misspellings or shortened names.

It would also be very helpful if the search looked for the constituent ID before the alias. We often are not able to find our constituents by entering their ID because so many results come up with the same digits as part of an alias, and it is looking at the alias first. The constituent ID should be the first thing it looks at.
