Often when pulling a query with the intent of viewing contact information it lists all addresses and all phones (aka emails and such too) without the option of excluding it from results. If adding this informaton to the output, it can lead to duplicate rows and require manual clean up. When using Export you need to specify how many emails, how many addresses which means either having too many columns and many are blank or too few columns and you miss information.
Yes, for various reasons we have a large number of phones/emails marked inactive in our system. It would be very helpful to be able to exclude them from outputting in query rather than having to always use export for this purpose.
