Option to exclude inactive phones and addresses and phones marked as Do Not Contact in Queries

Often when pulling a query with the intent of viewing contact information it lists all addresses and all phones (aka emails and such too) without the option of excluding it from results. If adding this informaton to the output, it can lead to duplicate rows and require manual clean up. When using Export you need to specify how many emails, how many addresses which means either having too many columns and many are blank or too few columns and you miss information.

    I am glad this is being planned. As I'm watching what is coming out with new Export: Single-Row Query in Raiser's Edge NXT this has been a big fear of mine. Being able to choice when to include and when to exclude inactive phones, addresses, and phones marked as do not contact are among the areas that have made RE great in the past. Thank you! I'm looking forward to seeing more regarding this.

    yes, this would be great if inactive phone numbers and emails are not showing in our results.

    This!! It's exporting inactive emails instead of the primary. We need to be able to exclude inactive phones/emails in the export.

    Yes, for various reasons we have a large number of phones/emails marked inactive in our system. It would be very helpful to be able to exclude them from outputting in query rather than having to always use export for this purpose.
