Our fundraisers use many custom fields in place of the Prospect module which we do not have.  "List" offers filtering, searching, and inclusion of custom fields, but one cannot edit them from List.  We can view and edit them in "Work" but it is time consuming to locate the field you want to edit.  The custom fields cannot be sorted, cannot be moved to the top or bottom of the list,  and one must scroll through page after page of them.
