Primary education record should be first | Ideas for Raiser's Edge NXT

Primary education record should be first (top) one displayed in the tile.

At the moment, when a constituent has multiple education records, the primary one does not appear at the top of the list on NXT. Not a huge concern, but given we are an alumni organization, I care a lot less about education records not directly related to us.
