For campaigns, a default fund and appeal
For funds, a default campaign and appeal
For appeals, a default campaign and fund

This is essential to ensure speedy data entry. Web view gift batches make use of these defaults and there are API endpoints to retrieve them, so this should be part of standard web view functionality
