The new consent tile can get very confusing for those of us who implemented consent categories and does always require reviewing the consent history page to get a good grasp of what is going on--I'd almost prefer the consent history page to BE what is shown in the primary Consent Tile so I can see the dates. PARTICULARLY because the new consent function forces showing a channel-level opt-in or opt-out, and the NXT email unsubscribe only updates at the channel-level of the Email channel, this tile can give very inaccurate information if the person opts out using the NXT unsubscribe link. Right now we have to first look at the consent history page, confirm that the date of the channel opt out should override the category opt-ins, adjust consent history columns to copy the channel-level consent statement, go back to the constituent record, scroll all the way down to the consent tile again, and go to the edit consent page to add a new opt out that includes the categories underneath the channel. At least being able to add a new consent directly from the consent history page would eliminate some of those steps. Please add that "Add consent" option on the consent history page. It would also be helpful if the "edit" option for each listed CHANNEL consent would allow selecting the channel categories, as well, so it would reflect what actually happens functionally with NXT.
