The newly released quick-add + button on the navigation bar allows for adding a new constituent and a new gift. Including the option to also add a new opportunity and action under the new + button will significantly improve user accessibility, as it removes the need to navigate through multiple options to add them. I know my users get frustrated when they just want to quickly add something, and they can't remember where to navigate to do that.
