In RE NXT, users currently benefit from Zoom Phone integration, which allows them to click on a phone number and have Zoom Phone automatically open with the number pre-filled—making it quick and easy to initiate a call. This feature has been a significant time-saver, especially on high-volume calling days when our team makes over 80 calls.

I propose extending this functionality to include Microsoft Teams Phone. Having the same click-to-dial capability with Teams would eliminate the need to manually dial numbers, streamlining workflows and saving valuable time. Given the widespread use of Teams across organizations, this integration would be incredibly impactful and enhance user efficiency.
