Bring back credit card last 4 digits

We need the last 4 digits of the credit card to show up in NXT to reconcile with our financial statements.

Echoing this - it was delivered but it isn't there now.

Hi Trit, unfortunately it used to be available but for us the data disappeared for one-time online gifts around the last week of July. Since that time, cc last 4, exp date, and cardholder name are all blank. This causes a real headache for us trying to reconcile/match our gift records to the weekly BBMS distribution reports because there is no other unique identifier that is consistent (names are often different).

Since my original attachments did not attach, trying the screenshots again.... from the last week of October.

This has been changed to "already exists" but as of a few days ago, about half of our transactions did not have it in Raiser's Edge (Web or DBV) when I exported to reconcile with BBMS. Sometimes they don't even record what type of card or cardholder name (perhaps those are ApplePay or Google Pay?). I tried to cross reference with BBMS export and there doesn't seem to be a consistent type of form, other than I don't see ANY event registration payments that included the CC last four.

The 4 digits view is available.

The last four digits of a credit card are very helping and finding and updating information in certain cases. As Sunshine has mentioned, it helps when a donor asks what card is on file or has been charged, and allows us to communicate with donors about payments.

Further than this though, the ability to find the last four digits of a credit card can help track down and match payments, period- even without a donor name. If this info ceases to exist in RE NXT after DB view is no longer available, an important data point has been lost. I can personally attest to having tracked down things like event payments when after the chaos we've been left with only a physical credit card slip. These are the types of things that are incredibly helpful in solving reconciliations, and in organizations with a lot of transactions flying around, this is an imperative data point to have.
