Why is there a limt to the lines of ouput we are able to view??

Example - we have a query that delivers 585 names. We are limited to seeing 141 - why?? Common sense says someone building a query would want to review the entire output before exporting. Please fix ASAP.

    Additionally, how can we use this for cleanup if we can't see the entire list? Having to export the results is useless. Much of the cleanup happens, when it has to be done record by record because it's not cookie cutter changes, by pulling up the list in a query and scrolling through it. Please make this available.
