Create a new pledge type for when pledges are written off

A lot of the challenges with pledges that get written off is how to include or exclude them appropriately and easily in reports. After much consideration,, the easiest way to do this would be by creating a new pledge type for pledges that have been written off. For instance, if pulling committed totals, you could include pledges, one time gifts, recurring gift payments received and written off gift payments received. It would greatly simplify this ongoing issue for reporting.
